Murray Springs Clovis Site trail loop

A few weeks ago my parents, dog, and I went on a short walk at the Murray Springs Clovis Site trail. To get to the trail we had to drive a few minutes outside of town, then we had to drive down a narrow one car wide rocky road for half a mile to get to a clearing to park the car. At first my mom commented on how she shouldn't be surprised I found such a creepy backwoods trail, but halfway through the walk everyone started to relax and take in the scenery.

One day I would love to go again, and take another path that leads to different trails. We had attempted going, but after a few minutes, our dog Penny began to let us know that she was hot, tired, and done with hiking.
